Only half the order was delivered. We received one pallet of boxes that was supposed to contain 850 custom-printed mugs, but when we broke it open after it had been at our receiving warehouse for about 2 weeks, we found that there were only about half that number. I called to ask if there was another pallet somewhere, and was told that we were outside of the 7-day-from-receipt complaint window and that there was nothing they could do.
Tip for consumers:
When you receive the order, count your items immediately. There was nothing on the pallet to indicate "1 of 2" or anything similar
