I've bought a laptop and 3 phones from this site, and sold 2 phones over the last 3 years. The process is easy, the customer service is prompt and helpful, and there is an assurance that you get what you pay for. Pay close attention to condition, because if something you buy isn't what it seems, you'll get your money back, it's happened to me one time.

I enjoy MPR news, even though I realize they may not always be right, and that they carry bias. Who doesn't? Take the bias into account. Read news from other sources to get close to the truth if things seem murky or fishy. Heck, read across the aisle. MPR has a place in how I get my news, and when I need multiple viewpoints, I use other sources in my best attempt to be well informed. If you need to rant, take it elsewhere and don't judge the entire outlet.

I found Windy not too long after jumping ship from wunderground, and I have not been disappointed. Sometimes it takes a second to load but I blame that on my phone.

My favorite function of Windy is the ability to compare forecast models. The layering is also fun and easy to toggle between when tracking hurricanes or other storms. This site and it's app are a great addition to anyone who has an appetite for data and weather.

In search of a cheaper cell service last year, I landed on Project Fi, before it was turned to Google Fi. I was paying $80/month 2 lines w/ 2gb data with Verizon. I mainly rely on WiFi, so getting a large or unlimited data plan is not necessary for me, so I was quite attracted by the pay as you go model for data.
As I can't swallow the price tag of flagship phones, I was glad to see Fi had a cheapie motorola g6 for $100 w/ decent specs for the price. Switching over was pretty seamless and the customer support was quite helpful and quick to get ahold of, so that was also nice.
Thanks to averaging 1gb data per month, I save $20 or more per month compared to what I had been paying which is a win for me.

My only gripe:
-Spotty connection quality with voice calls in my house. However, occasionally I get push surveys after phone calls asking how the call quality was. It's been gradually defaulting to WiFi calling which has helped tremendously. It'd be nice if there was a setting to make that default when I'm connected to WiFi though.

Wunderground used to be my go-to site. Redesign sucks, and as others have said, is very inconvenient to not be able to see my weather at one glance and have to change settings every time.

Annoying that this won't bring me to the original site. If I want an allrecipes recipe, let me go the the site, I don't want to go to it through yours, bug off.

If you're looking to cancel junk snail mail, this is not the place. I should not have to give my social security number to cancel mail. Period. There should be no reason to verify my identity in removing my name and address from a mailing list.

This site primarily focuses on his personal experiences, and doesn't include any evidence whatsoever of research studies regarding his field. He appears self taught, look at his medical disclaimer page, which reads, "I (Konstantin Monastyrsky, author) am not a medical doctor. The opinions expressed in my books, videos, and websites reflect my personal experiences and ongoing investigations into functional (i.e. reversible) conditions related to everyday health and nutrition.

My books and essays arent a substitute for qualified medical advice, and do not provide quick (or, in some cases, any) fixes. I do not endorse, recommend, or design any specific diet or food plan for therapeutic purposes."

That's all I needed to know this site is a bunch of baloney. See how he is taken apart on this page: http://skeptoid.com/blog/2013/02/09/konstantin-monastyrsky-pseudoscience-of-nutrition-part-1/
