I was initially skeptic although about using Hampton Lovett - I saw reviews having settled their invoice and was determined to get my money back. However, I was assured that there would be no issues with achieving a reduction in my rates.
After a considerable amount of time - and I will admit to having been frustrated - I am now delighted with the outcome and the business is £2,500 better of per month.
It's clear that they did an excellent job, and reading between the lines I think that the majority of the issues that I experienced were not of their making.
I really enjoyed the conversations with them - polite and professional to the last.
