Terrible service. I tried to talk with them about the defective product I bought from them and the first thing they asked was how long ago did I buy the product from them. Before I could answer them they interrupted me and said because if it was more then 14 days they will not give me a refund. I wasn't looking for a refund but just an exchange. After telling them this they sent me to 4 different departments until I got tired of wasting my time and finally hung up on them. Which appears to have been their goal. They kept my $$ bucks and I have a product doesn't that doesn't work. I have severed all ties with staples.


I received damaged Warp furniture since I did not see any bad review I assume they must be good company did not worried. But now I found out they are very hard to deal with.
Whenever I call instead of reaching customer service rep call taker will answer the call act like customer rep listened to what I have to say the will tell me the will pass the information to someone. And they tell me I will be contacted between 24 to 48 hours but no one ever call me.
I call back and and I was ask the same question all over again.
