Forced everyone to go to online version, promising better multi platform use, but you can't even really use on your phone! What is the point?! Now you have to pay all this money every month and get no added benefit. Additionally, at some point they cut off the ability to transfer database so I had to do it all manually! Thousands, one by one. Lastly, they dont even take requests seriously. A couple of very simple feature requests that I KNOW my fellow industry mates would like to have and all I got is "maybe". Terrible customer service and just fluff responses when they do respond. Avoid If you can!
