We ordered 2 sets of tickets for the same day. 1 lot for the night session and 1lot for the day session. As we were travelling we asked for e-tickets if possible. This was not possible so we have the address of the hotel we were going to be staying at. 1 set were delivered there. The other set to a pick up point 4 kms from the stadium and given a 2 hour window for them to be picked up. I contacted the agency multiple times to voice my displeasure at this and try to organise a different point or delivery to the hotel as the other set were already there but they said this was not possible. Unfortunately due to this we missed over half of a 3 set match. We had to pick up the tickets between 5 and 7pm so we either had to miss the end of one match or start of the night session. It was also an 8km walk round trip. If we were less able people we would have missed a lot more than that. I DO NOT recommend this agency. There are plenty of others who do exactly he same thing much better. Avoid if possible!

Thanks for your review and sorry again for the situation you have faced but at any moment we have failed with the guarantees we are offering on the site.
We do guarantee the delivery on time and the ways how this delivery can happens are including hotel delivery and pick-up point. The information related to the delivery is available all over the site: on the page of the match, on the FAQs, on the T&C, on the confirmation and so you tickets were delivered.
Even trying to adjust the logistic of different and independent orders to fit your request, it is important to say that at any moment you got our confirmation or guarantee about getting e-tickets or, as an alternative, to get both orders delivered in the same way. Much the opposite, we have been informing you since few days before the match about how tickets would be reaching you.
We are reselling tickets and the way how they are delivered is directly connected to the way how the respective suppliers will confirm with us. The guarantee we are giving is that we are delivering them on time and so you got them.
I do understand your frustration but do not agree when you consider it as a result of our fault. In any case, will be happy to assist you in case of any further queries.
