I recently bought a bridesmaid dress from this site, after weeks of communication with the customer service team trhying to find the right colour i sent over a colour sample which they confirmed they would match. The dress arrived and was in the wrong colour, instead of just sending a new dress in the correct colour they said that they would refund me £40 so i could place my order again. The dress was £87.3 weeks on they are happy to refund me on the basis that i return the dress to china paying the shipping cost, i have also been charged custom tax which was not high lighted to me when i placed my order. The dress is extremley uncomfortable with the built in bra sitting way to high to be supportive. For me to recieve my refund it is going to cost me £40 to return the dress & pay the customs tax. At this moment in time they are ignoring my request.
