Opodo mis-sold me a Business Class and promised me a cashback of £236 after I confronted them. The compensation was never sent back to me and the representative handling my complaint was extremely rude. I even escalated the case to OPODO's CEO, but nothing from him.

We can see that an offer of compensation was made to you as you stated above, however, was rejected by yourself. No refund had been made as no agreement from both parties was confirmed because of this.
