It is a SCAM they want to be paid by Western Union that is a red flag. They give free stuff worth more than some stuff you are buying are you so dumb to fall for it?
This is a Electronic store in Beijin so it says they are scammers wanting payment by Western Union and promising delivery in 3-5 days which is not possible. Watch out for them. Don't be fooled by their lowball prices
