This is the worst car rental company I have dealt with in whole wide world. The car was delivered already dirty, smelly with stained chairs, dashboard and zero working air-condition. I immediately asked for another car and refused to take it. The driver Hasn't Ali then persuaded me that we can go to Al Qouz and check in their workshop for similar car with functioning AC... mind it was 51°c those days in Dubai. After 3 hours of everything and tru and forth I was told to keep the car and that they will replace it before night at 9pm latest... unfortunately nothing happened. I had to chase 2 days long. And even told them take this car back and I want my deposit everything as it is. But all they kept saying is come to our office. This isn't customer service... its their fault, and they are liable to replace specially if you are convining the customer everything on phone that "yes, we will sort, please don't worry... just give us some time. We are trying to get you a better functioning car" with lil trust I gave them the chance to sort it.
When I went to their office it's a mess, the staff are so unprofessional, the manager Ayaaz gets sweet because he doesn't want customer to leave specially if its just 3day of rental and I want to annul it. I feel like this company is taking advantage of tourists, conducting fishy business and fool customer by their false promises and false advertisement.
The deposit charge which is typically blocked was deducted upon the reservation which is never a case anywhere worldwide with car rental. They all "Pre-Authorise" the deposit instead of taking it off my credit card.
The car(I had 3 cars. Each as replacement) these went off on 5 occasions, I called them and they never responded and cared less and was promised a good car. I asked them to take back and deliver me the car once its available because its of no use. Unfortunately I had to fly away and they took advantage and delayed the replacement... which I had to do myself because they kept saying "come to our officd". Though I told them the car is hazardous to drive. Not road safe and I fear it may breakdown anytime while driving. Because I was in need and had time and work pressure. I risked my life for their convenience... apart from that I had my deposit taken and didn't want to wait 21 days to bear the loss.
SoI agreed upon to bear the hassel and change the car at their site.
But after few days i seriously decided to return it after reading the reviews that got me scared but again Ayaaz(manager) made me promise that I wouldn't face difficulties and he will try to resolve the car issue.
They don't tell customer to read contract nor give much time to read contract... WELL YOU CANT READ tiny written on the pink thin paper contract without a magnifying loop in hand. But they keep mentioning it when you ask them questions. Their reply "written/mentioned on contract" what any sane human with best eyesight can't read and has very dodgy clauses... which is internationally not legal and unethical.
They see westerners come in and fraudulently take their money. On every occassion I was in there someone was complaining and I kept telling I want to return. I had enough... but Ayaaz made again good excuses and said it will be solved and I don't need to fear though I mentioned him that the car has damages which were made by the staff just after he was delivering it to me. Note I signed when it was intact. Then the staff made damage which I filmed but because I was on far right corner I didn't notice that the crack was on both sides as he took car down the ramp. The car S 85560 had already a damaged bumper when I took the car and the other side of bumper unfortunately didn't take a video... to my surprise on day of return I have been told to make a police report as the damage is new... it was uselessness talking to them even after calling the police and the police said he couldn't take anyone's side because there isn't a video proof that the other damage was there before. So I had to go to police station and make a damage report. Only then they took the car keys back and closed the contract.
This the first time i see a company in dubai that easly cheat and have orgonaized team for cheating, they deal with cheating way and beacuse most custumer are tourist and they dont have time to follow up they get away very easily with their frauds and decisive tactics.
These scampers laugh on your face and say do whatever you want or go to which ever authority. As if they know they will not be harmed or taken accountable. As if they have some friendly connection with someone in high rank who will protect them... as a woman, I feel lost, helpless, angered and frustrated... what a disgrace of a company which is ruining UAE's standard of service and hospitality.
