An order i made on Jan 2016 is not yet delivered as on 30 March 2016.
Still i get replies that it will now be shipped on 12th April 2016. When i ask for refund, they deny it. Do they expect me to wait endlessly for the product. Do they have any deadline to ship. If the vendor is not able to send them a product within 3 months, how can they expect the vendor will send them now. I think they are just holding on to my money.
Really pathetic service. They just have a simple answer, Apologies!
