I had no idea the reviews for Nasty Gal had gotten so bad this year, so I blindly went ahead and ordered $150 worth of items. Luckily they arrived within the expected time frame (6-7 business days to Australia) however I was disappointed with the quality of the items. The shirts were transparent when they weren't supposed to be, and the dresses were all far too large to be a size 8 (and YES I checked the size guide!)
The problem is now I want to return some of the items but after reading these reviews I am worried I won't ever be refunded. Refunds are ENTITLED under Australian Consumer Law and I am appalled that so many people on here have had to fight for this right and jump through hoops to prove themselves! If you are selling to Australians then you NEED to abide by this! Can anyone please tell me how to successfully achieve a refund? I am very worried I will be scammed.
No customer should feel this way and I am taken aback that upper management has not addressed this issue and continue to be fine with upsetting and scamming their customers!
