I've purchased several Dunkin Donut's gift card but when I tried to use the second and the third card, it told me the cards were not registered. I've contacted the Cardcash but they told me it already past the 45 days guaranty so there is nothing they can do. I told them that to verify the card is legit or not is not customer's job, they should make sure the card is 100% safe before they sell to the customer. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything with their own fault, too bad. Please make sure when you buy the gift card from them, you have to use it immediately, don't just check the balance online because the balance means nothing.

I was shopping on their site today and saw they had their first subscription offer.
Here is the offer they posted
"Click here to unlock at least 40% off and free shipping on $35+ with your first Easy Refill subscription order of this item. All future subscription orders receive 15% off and free shipping on $35+"
So I decided to take the first subscription offer and add the items to the cart. When I was about to checkout, I found the 40% discount attached, but no free shipping on $35+. So I chatted with their customer service and they told me the free shipping is for the first subscription and not for this order. I asked him why the 40% off attached and the free shipping was not, it's misleading information for your customers. He said he would pass my complaint to someone, have a good day. That's what I got from their customer service, very disappointed.
When a company posts misleading content, I don't do business with them, and their customer service is terrible.

I've purchased several items from Bluefly.com and being told it will be shipped from different locations. I've been waiting for the last item to be delivered for about 10 days, so I tried to contact them, OMG you will never find a customer service that bad, never answer the phone and don't respond the email. The day after I filed the complaint, the last item has arrived, but they shipped the wrong item. I tried to contact them again, of course, no one answer the phone and no email sent back to me for the exchange instruction. Beware buyers, Bluefly.com is not a company with integrity, especially their customer service is horrible, do not buy from them.
