I'm not generally one to reminisce on "The good ol' days", but with ThredUp I find myself saying "Take me back"! ThredUp has a great concept, but they've become so focused on becoming relevant and growing that they forgot to update their processes too. For example, in the past, you could send in a polka dot bag and have it sorted and paid out in two weeks, even less. Now, it could take up to two months just to have your bag sorted through. ThredUp has upped their marketing game, but they haven't been intentionally keeping up with their new demand.
