“Don't plan to recieve anytime soon”

Their website States if you order before 3pm MST then items will likely ship that same day. Don't believe it! They will ship whenever they get around to it. I ordered in EST- a few hours earlier, way before 3pm my time, so waaaaay before 3pm MST. My shipping label for my item was not even printed until about 50+ hours (2+ days later). Ordered an item for a birthday. Would have recieved it in time- now the day is here, and item isnt due to be delivered for another 4 days! Custoner service was of NO help! Very angry!
