I give the product a 5 star rating, customer service 5 stars, shipping 3-4 stars. The model I wanted wasn't available in the pro series at the time I ordered. I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, give or take a day a two. Overall I'm happy, I'll definitely be buying again.
