Their driver lost my package, but because it was from a third party retailer they're telling me to eat it up & move on. I can't buy from a place that boasts its customer service when in actuality they don't care. The customer should never have to pay for the mistakes of the retailer. Talk about injustice!

Tip for consumers:
Be careful. Don’t buy expensive things from Amazon because you never know if they’ll back you up if there’s ever a problem with it.
