They changed the flights we had booked. The first flight was from 5 am to 7 am from New York but did not have enough staff to accommodate the number of reservations. The lady told us we wouldn't make our flight but still checked our luggage. Thus rather than making another flight booking with United, I made a flight reservation of Delta airline ( the very next flight to my destination) through a travel agent, TripiTravels. They offered last-minute flight tickets at cheaper prices and also offered deals for extra savings.
