The airline canceled my flights due to Peruvian Mandate order due to COVID-19 and country lockdown. Their customer service wasn't available nor responsive to phone calls and emails. Once I got back home, I contacted my credit card to dispute the fees due to no service provided and unable to contact them. Now their collection department is after me accusing me of fraud.
Like I said before, the service was never provided. These people are worst can blood sucking leaches. I will never again used this company nor recommended to anyone.
