Their guarantee makes you try for at least 90 days (can't reverse charge the credit card after 60 days!) and they want you to try it longer if it doesn't work in 90 days... buy it for another 3 months (NOT) and then the 6 month guarantee will kick in and you get the product free with a $12.95 s/h cost (so much for free)... I was in contact with them and they did say that they wouldn't charge s/h (after I buy 3 more months?), but my son was literally in tears that this did not work after 90 days of faithfully trying it, and the promise was for 10 day clear up. He was actually worse off from not trying something else that actually worked. This is a year later, and we are finally finding out that vit d3 and liver support helps.
