I ordered a pattern because the site said the pattern was not available in the store. With shipping it was $19. The KWIK brand books were in the store with this pattern and no notice that some patterns we're not available. It took so long, I thought I had been scammed and I was ready to call my credit card company. It finally came. I will not order from them again.

I was ready to call my credit card company to cancel this order because it was not showing up. It was just one pattern and the website said it wasn't available at the store which it was.

This company is over the top in their desire to create a great product and complete customer satisfaction. I had a very challenging project. They worked with me until it was great.
