WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought a pair of Ugg boots on NZSale on 21 March 2020 and this was acknowledged on the same day with an email from NZSale. All fine. On 31 March 2020 I received a tracking report which showed that my boots were packed and had been despatched. All fine. COVID-19 lockdown then began so I was not concerned that my boots had not arrived. But with online shopping now back to normal, today I tried to contact NZSale to find out when I could expect my boots. I could only go through their "Ask an expert online - an expert answers in minutes" link. The auto-generated responses were useless and in the end it suggested I paid $2 to get more info! I persisted with the "expert" and it then told me I could talk to a lawyer. I clicked through thinking it was their legal team and the link took me through to what was obviously a commercial arrangement with a "team of lawyers" and they would answer my question for $8. For me, this was not about the $2 or $8. It is about the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
