Have previously had excellent experiences with HomeDepot.com, but after purchasing a $6000. hot tub we were prompted for a review. I outlined the minor issues with delivery (truck's tailgate couldn't really handle the load!) and major mechanical/electrical problems that customer service didn't get it right causing us some extra time, effort and expense to get it working (electrician to tell us our wiring was okay, waiting for a new pump and they sent the wrong one, etch) Put this in the review and it was kicked back as "it didn't speak specifically about the product". Tailored it down two more times and finally gave up. They wanted a positive review. Period. We paid for a functioning hot tub and delivery. That was the product we bought and I submitted a review based on that.
