UPS is quite possibly the WORST run company i have ever dealt with in my entire life. Zero customer support, completely incompetent workers and delivery men who make packages "disappear." I do not know how this company thrives on utter dishonesty and lack of competence. They are inefficient, dishonest, and inaccurate. DOES NOBODY VET THESE DRIVERS? How does one say a package is delivered when all of my cameras show me otherwise. Yet customer service has no idea what happened with the package and they are conducting an "investigation." The driver lied- it's that simple.
