I ordered a wig from WigSis. The image was great and I was very excited to received it. It took a really long time to get it, but when questioned the CSR stated that it is being especially made for me and takes a while. Ok, I can wait. When I received it I was in shock. It is not the color that I ordered, not the texture. This color makes me look orange.
I though they will make it right, I just need to let them know. Well, they will replace it... for more money. The want me to pay to return it. This is wrong. Are they making money on their own mistakes? Do not buy from this company.
