We used Jive, or OnJive for years for our VOIP service and it was fantastic. Then LogMeIn bought them out and now the service is useless, wait times to talk to an agent are over 30 mins and the tech support SUCKS

Stay away from any of their owned services. They dont care about you or your business.

Incomptent CS, bad cards and website- you cannot do a simple thing like add a phone to receive alerts. CS cannot help unless you send them your blood samples to confirm identity! Horrible, horrible company.

I ordered gifts for my sons school teachers with their name engraving. First off, i had to pay for shipping for each diary separately even though i was shipping them all to my house. I called them about it and they said that's just how it is- each diary will be shipped separately. Looks like gift tree wants to make money from shipping too!

The diaries arrived 2 days after the promised date and we couldnt even give it to the teachers before the school closed. NEVER buying from these guys again.

A one man engineering and architecture firm. The owner, Lokesh is a poor designer, has no architectural sense and most of all, is unscrupulous. The kinds who promise one thing and then conveniently forget when the time comes to deliver.
Stay away from this firm.
