I called the customer service number to get help with an item I could not order, because of their error in their advertisement. The representative was very unprofessional and rude and could not resolve my issue. I don't know why Fry's hires such rude personnel.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful about what you order. You may not get any help with the order.
