Yelp keeps all the bad reviews and somehow good reviews get disappeared, strange things happens when iI called them to fix this problem, they replied that if I was a paying customer bad reviews would suddenly disappear.

You can access your designs at https://www.bestofsigns.com/my-saved-designs.html, but make sure you're logged in to use this feature. Otherwise, if you're not logged in, your saved designs might get lost when you clear your browser history or cookies. So keep an eye out for that.
