“Paid extra for a Premium account got an account worth 10$”

Title says it all. I paid 50$ for a premium account that gave me the bare of the bare minimums, No skins, No RP, little to no BE, and not a single champ above 1350 just because they had to have it at 30 champs. This was the worst deal in the history of deals and I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
