I have had the misfortune of ordering online prior to the Covid pandemic becoming a lockdown situation. I have inadvertently been refunded my money for my purchase but I had in error resent that money to the company. I have been attempting for the past 8 months to get my refund returned from the company or to have my purchase shipped to me. I have had absolutely no response from the support team or the company itself. I have contacted the company on several occasions via email to try and find a solution but no one has gotten into contact with me. I do believe that the statement based on satisfaction of your clients maybe biased as it has taken me 8 moths to write a review, perhaps other customers just do not fee it is worth their time to write a review. I have been advised to take this matter further and have taken this legal advise seriously.
