This company is horrendous and should be shut down. Their customer service is awful. I cancelled my delivery 3 times and they still shipped it however, I have not received it and they are now ignoring my emails. They delete all complaints from their social media and I believe the positive comments are false as many people have responded to my comments on social media saying they have also received a terrible service.

I have been using Birchbox for a few months now and I must say it is absolutely fabulous! I am a product junkie so I love getting my box every month to try products before I buy them. I also loved that you receive points when you buy from Birchbox which eventually results in money off products. If there has ever been a minor error with my order the customer service team have always resolved it extremely fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Birchbox and have got a lot of my friends hooked already!
