We bought a phone and asked for an exchange. They said once they get the phone they will exchange it. Now everything is sold out because they took days then weeks to email back. So now we have no phone but did get money back. Now to get a similar phone is $100 more. They lied they would exchange it. We would have not done an exchange for it but kept it, so why not tell us it is selling out instead of refund? No phone. It is a waste of time dealing with these dishonest companies, earlier it was known as dailysteals.

A little background, earlier another family member bought a computer and they sent something that was not at all what was advertised. So it was sent back and of course it was sold out and could not be bought again... Money refunded.

This is a common practice with this company. They will try to take your money if you are not paying attention. You cannot go by what they say they will do because they will change their policy/minds/options at the last minute. Very unprofessional and I cannot ever recommend this site for any deals or bargains because even if their quality is good their practices are poor and underhanded. You will be disappointed dealing with this company in the long run if not in the short run.
