I was charged a different price from what I bid because a "new customer" discount code that I used (and was accepted) when I made the bid - was not applied when the purchase went through. When I brought it up to customer support, they wouldn't refund my $20, instead they just gave me another discount code for my next purchase...
1. I dont want to make another purchase with them now and 2. Why would I trust that this discount code will work when the last one did not either
