Ordered a part for my bmw on Saturday (3/5) and paid for expedited shipping so it would get to me the next week by Thursday. Per the website it says that some orders will take 1 business day to process. I waited until Tuesday evening to reach out to their customer service representative and "Timothy" informed me that the item is still processing and will ship out the next day (Wednesday) and I should receive the order as expected (by Thursday). Wednesday comes along and I reached out again for shipping info and they informed me that the order is still "processing" so i asked to speak with a manager and no one could tell me why my order that was placed over the weekend is still processing three days into the week. Thursday morning comes around and I reached out again and another representative told me that the order is still processing and I should have it Friday. I reached out that evening and I still had no shipping information or anything so i asked again to speak with a manager and all of a sudden " Mike Gallo" responded back saying that their warehouse does not have the product anymore and it's no longer in stock. When i placed the order the item was in stock and available to ship. Very bad place to do business with and I will be reporting to the Business Bureau about the false/misleading products placed on their website to scam/con customers.
