“Horrible company”

Signed up for free trial then spent the next 2 days on hold trying cancel the subscription finally sent them an email and because they claimed to not receive it for an extra day i was billed. Funny the next day I call and they answer right away and refused to let me speak with management i threatened legal action agsinst the compsny abd aftervtelling me their policy is to issue no refunds they offered a 25% refund after complaining longer and breaking down how they billed me after I sent the email the offer a 50% refund. Horrible company super shady avoid at all cost
