“GARBAGE charging pad, no response”

I bought one of the wireless charging pads for iPhoen 8. Cord they give you is 3 inches long which is useless, so you need another cord. The unit worked one time, then never again. Now it won't even turn on when plugged into a charging block or my computer. I emailed the company several times and got zero responses. Total rip off. AVOID these scam artists!
