“Terrible Customer Service - Unhappy with Product”

I ordered cards for Christmas. They did not include envelopes or the white ribbon that was stated to accompany the cards. Besides the fact that I had to assembly these cards myself, now I also have to purchase envelopes and ribbon to go along with them. For a cost of $100 I expected more. Total rip off!
