“Don't get a massage Groupon!”

I have purchased Groupons for massages and had some good experiences and some very bad ones! Groupon refused to refund my money even when the Business and I agreed that we were not a good fit. It is a crap shoot, and Groupon does not value it's customers enough to look at an individual situation and make adjustments the veer from their rigid policy of only 3 days for a refund, which is of course a totally unrealistic length of time. Jen P. Was unrelenting, unsympathetic, and unapologetically unhelpful!
