Ordered my transmission(48re) for my 2007 3500 aka RAMZILLA. I was told they were pretty backed up and it would be 3 Weeks before they finished building it. To my surprise when I called on the day they had told me it would be finished, I was told it was delivered to my transmission guy that morning. Shipped from florida to texas in the time I was told it would take to build. Very impressive since everything these days is crap and the only time customer service is offered anymore is prior to money being collected from a sucker

Site said 24 hours shipping so I ordered simulators for my dodge (394.00). 3 days later I called for a tracking number. Customer service told me it had shipped but they could not access tracking numbers and I would have to go on website to request it. So I did so and 10 days after order still said tracking request pending. So I called customer service again and was told they were on back order. I got pretty ugly with the guy and told him exactly how I felt. He apologized and said as soon as they arrived they would ship them to me. Weird though after I called 15 min later had a tracking number and was at ups to to make its way to me. Wouldn't trust them. Guess if you use words like "IM CATCHING A PLANE IN THE MORNING AND I HOPE YOUR THERE WHEN I SHOW UP"
