On May 6 th, I ordered a control panel for my spa. As of today, May 25th, no part has been sent. I had emailed them and called. I had to leave a message asking to send me the part or refund my money. No call, no part, no refund. Next step will be notifying the BBB.
Products used: I haven’t been able to buy another panel, due to waiting for refund.
I ordered a coffee mug on Oct 12. It was stated that it was shipped the next day. So far, I have not received the product. When I tracked the package on line, it stated the package was it Paris, France. I hoping it will survive the trip! I emailed Gearbubble twice, with no response. Not ordering from them again.
