“Horrible Customer Service. Liars!”

I had a coupon for 15 dollars off because of my Forever 21 credit card. I earned it and the coupon doesn't work. I have been calling for 1 week now they keep telling me that they would get back to me same day. They never do. I called Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I asked for a supervisor and they said they would call me back in 1 hour. They never called me ever or emailed me. They are a bunch of pieces of $#*!s. Screw them!

You cant get HR as an employee here so you have no rights and have to take what the store manager...
