Website claims "Current lead time is 5-7 days + transit". Kit finally arrived 7 weeks later with parts missing. Several calls and emails over a 3-week period produced plenty of apologies, but no parts. Finally ended up sourcing the missing washers locally and painting them to match, plus I had to order a floor guide from Home Depot (maybe that's what I should have done to begin with).
I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. Definitely won't order from Barn Door Hardware again!
