In the past 2 years, I have used kingessays to complete 7 papers, however, within the last 6 months and as of today, they have provide less than satisfactory work. The last time, I used them, I didn't even get the paper I paid for or any paper.

My last order was for a business plan/proposal for a healthcare topic, 12 pages in length for $238.85 (a discount due to me being dissatisfied on a previous paper). I paid, asked for a draft from the writer, didn't receive the draft until 1 day before the paid deadline and the written work was a research paper not a business plan/proposal. I agreed to extend the deadline for 2 more days to obtain an expert writer; however, 2 days later the deadline time passed, I did not receive any paper and found out that they never was able to assign a new writer. Then, the support team deliberately ignored my calls by placing me on a long hold, then hanging up.

In the last 6 months, it has been horrible to the point were I had to rewrite my last paper. Lucky this is my last semester, and I didn't pay them to write my final papers.
I believe the business is a scam because they lied to me the entire time, saying they had a writer working on my paper but, after the deadline to submit my work order passed, they said they never had a writer available. I also think its a business of 5 people who is writing the paper and are also the support personal too.
