Bought 4 items on their site and got it soon enough. After i place the order i got endless email thanking me, trying to upsell, and telling me everyday where my order is it, blah blah blah. However,one item was totally the wrong size and i email immediately for an exchange. Two days i get no reply, no phone number listed on invoice or site. On the 3rd day an auto email replied with the usual insincere language how they love to help. But again ask for items i want to return which i already told them on the first email. So here is what i can foresee, another few days to come back with a return label and more time to send out as likely they wait till they get their return before sending replacement. Unfortunately i am going on a one month trip and got this 15 days in advance and with them wasting time, i had no choice but to return it all.Frankly, the price and quality is just ok, not amazing and there are many on line better men's clothing site so why put up with this? I did a second order on another site the same day and it came at the same time and it also have two items that did not fit. Difference is i got a reply within an hour and new ones on their way to me and it will make my trip. So i will not be buying from them again as this tells me saving a few bucks hiring customer service is their main concern.
ANd it gets worse! So i return the items, they said AFTER they received it, it will take 10 days to review my return then another 1 to 2 days to issue refund thru paypal and then more to credit my card back. Their competitor jsut need to see the item is on their way back and will process refund, as a matter of fact i send both company their return? Exchange items and the other company will have their exhange here tomorrow and these guys have not even approved the return yet.
Also they email me to gave them self an excuse for the poor response time, seriously because it is a Jewish holiday for 3 days! Well i wonder if they don;t accept orders during said holiday and what about all the catholic, Buddhist, Muslim, etc etc, religius freedom is one thing, forcing others to observe their religion is another. I looked at their site again and i see no star of david posted nor kosher mentioned so how are us non jews to know that we better not bother them with service issues during Shabbat.

Sukkot.
Shemini Atzeret.
Simchat Torah.
Hanukkah.
Tu B'Shevat., seriously!

Tip for consumers:
Always beware of a site that do not list a contact number while boasting free returns and exchange. Also a red flag when they do not show a link to return or exchange on their home page.

Once you ask about interest rate which is advertise at 1.75%, you will find out you get a million annoying sales call and none of them has the rate they are advertising. Word of advice, anytime you see a link that says AD on the corner, do not log on, it is just a scam and the rep from all 4 companies that called are street hustler wanting to make a buck selling you a loan at rates far higher then you can find on line any day.

Reason I chose this business:

False advertising of low rates.

OK i am a long running legit biz with a 4.7 star rating on yelp. However i till hates them cause they are about as sleazy as it gets. They try to shift responsibility to this algorithm but that is a total lie. For example, if you get a negative review by a no prior review person, it will stays on or if it in fact does gets buried, it stays on the top of the buried ( not recommend section) explain that! Ok how about someone with many reviews gave you a 5 star and within days it gets buried against their unreliable source BS. Strangely, every time i get a brain wash low life boiler room hustler who tried to get my ad money and i tell them nicely i will think about it, a buried review becomes visible or my few negative ones gets buried. Really, we are too dumb to get the hint? I have literally 70 5 star and 5 1 star and more than half the 5 star by legit customers gets buried and only 2 of the 5 one star gets buried. So this algorithm also defy the laws of statistics? Overall it is a very negative experience for anyone as they are focused on the negative, unless you advertise. It would be interesting for a class action suit and the FBI to look into how this algorithm is written, maybe then yelp will be taken off the internet or charged criminally for extortion and cyber bullying. Oh, curiously their much bigger brother GOOGLE have us at all 5 star review and zero review with anything less than 5 star, funny odds don't you think? The best thing we can all do to put them out of business is to ask all customer to only review on google search and not these guys.

They offered it for free and everyweek their brain washed rep calls for pay subscription and I tell her I would not pay them a dime and I get all total morons wasting time clicking " I am interested " which waste even more of my time to reply and the result is always the same, no reply! We try to delet our account and they made it so hard to do and that tells you all you need to know as they are begging to have members so they can con wall street they are viable to get a stock offering, don't be used, close it now unless youa re one of those looser with no life clicking on items you can never afford.
