Ordered a costume for my 6 year old son, I paid extra for 48 hour delivery and according to the website it would arrive on Tuesday (ordered Sunday) On Tuesday evening I called but only got an answerphone stating "the call cannot be answered and "you can not leave a message"
Wednesday, still no costume and when trying to phone I got the same recorded messages.
Thursday, got a email from the retailer saying "We are very sorry, there was a technical glitch with your order"
The most annoying is you cannot talk to anyone & the email response is too slowl. I received a order and payment confirmation from the retailer and WorldPay on the day of purchase! I will never use this retailer again and would not recommend it as the communication is rubbish!
