This was my first time order from dhgate.com and I'm kinda dissapointed because i havent receive my refund or my goods until now.

I've ordered at 13 April 2017.

I got email from dhgate about the shipment number at 18 April 2017 ((RP*******SG) by Singapore post).

But, at 21 April 2017, the seller offered me a refund, coz they didnt have my favourite color.

I confused about my order, coz dhgate already gave the shipment number before the seller sent the goods (seller offered us refund coz the dont have my favourite color), also i cannot check my shipment number in singapore post. So, is the shipment number that dhgate gave was fake?

Just to clarify, it is the seller who provides the tracking/shipment number and uploads it in the system and not DHgate. We only notify you with the tracking number once the seller provides it. We pulled up your messaging system and indeed the seller said that the item is out of stock. We tracked this order and there was also no shipping information found in the tracking site.

We suggest that you file a dispute so that you can formally request for refund. If the merchant will not provide a resolution within this time frame, please contact us back on the 5th day since the dispute was filed so that we can assist you further.

We are not tolerating sellers who are not fulfilling the transactions and what the seller has done is punishable. Please file a dispute to officially report the seller. We are committed to giving a refund and we have to follow our refund process.
