LET ME START BY SAYING AMAZON HAS AMAZING PRODUCTS AND I AM A PRIME MEMBER AND LOYAL CUSTOMER. BUT DURING THE RECENT WINTER STORM UPS ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ONE OF MY AMAZON PACKAGES BUT THE ROADS WERE TO BAD SO THEY SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON (A GIFT J ORDERED FOR MY MOM) SO AS USUAL I CONTACTED AMAZON TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT UPS SAID THAT I DIDNT GET MY PACKAGE. THEY THEN HAD TO DO A 3 DAY INSPECTION WHICH IS EXPECTED. IM NOT SURE HOW THOROUGH THEIR INSPECTION WAS BUT I DO KNOW THAT THEY NEGLECTED TO CALL UPS (THEIR SELECTED CARRIER) TO SEE WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS AND THEN DENIED MY REFUND. SO WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD IN FACT CONTACT UPS BUT I STILL HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR ANOTHER INVESTIGATION AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE TO MAJOR COMPANY COULD DO FOR ME... SMH SOME COMPANY
