La peggiore esperienza di acquisto!
1) ho pagato la spedizione più dell'oggetto acquistato
2) l'oggetto mi è stato spedito da usabox quasi 20 giorni dopo: usabox si è giustificato dicendo che avevo sbagliato io, ma io ho mandato ben 3 richieste di spedizione!
3) avrei potuto evitare alcune spese di dogana dichiarando che l'oggetto valeva di meno: non fatelo, usabox rimborsa il valore che voi dichiarate.
4) in abbinamento a usabox sconsiglio il costosissimo fedex.
NON LI USERO' PIU'!
The worst experience!
1) I paid the shipping MORE THAN the purchased
2) the item has been shipped almost 20 days after: usabox has justified saying that I was wrong, but I have sent as many as 3 shipping requests!
3) I could have avoided some customs charges writing that the item was worth less: do not do it, usabox reimburse the value that you declare.
4) in combination with usabox not recommend the expensive fedex.
Will not use them 'MORE'!

1. Falso... Il valore che ha dichiarato era $100 mentre ha pagato $68 di spedizione. Il peso volumetrico era 5 lbs. Le tariffe spedizioni sono calcolati usando il peso tassabile e non il valore del contenuto
2. Questo cliente ci ha chiesto la spedizione via email ad un indirizzo non registrato nel suo conto. Clienti USABox possono chiederci di spedire pacchi a qualsiasi indirizzo ma per sicurezza ogni indirizzo dev'essere prima aggiunto nel profilo personale online (stessa cosa con Ebay, Amazon, ecc).
3. L'esibizione di documentazione falsa determina il reato di contrabbando di merci regolato dall'art. 282 e ss. Del DPR 43/1973, sanzionabile penalmente in Italia

1. The customer purchased a $100 (declared value) item and paid $68 shipping for 5 lbs to Italy. Shipping prices are not related to the item's value but to the item's actual and volume weight.
2. This customer had requested we ship the item to an address not in her account, it took her 3 weeks to confirm the item be shipped to the verified address she registered. USABox can ship to any address they like as long as they enter them into their online account as you would with Amazon or Ebay etc.
3. She is upset about having to pay customs duties in italy, no one can legally avoid customs duties
4. Package forwarding services aren't for everyone, they are good for small items or items that cannot be obtained in your home country.
