Bought 25 x7 week Game pass ultimate codes. 3 of them did not work - not the end of the world but they are trying to put the blame on the 3rd party vendor. However my contract and invoice is with ENEBA and not the vendor. I have supplied screenshots for them as requested.
I have asked for some replacement codes and for them to deal with the vendor or alternatively they can deal with PayPal directly. I'm going to give them one more day.

Thank you for informing us about your experience with our platform. For starters, I would like to mention that we do not sell nor make these keys ourselves, we only offer a marketplace for our verified sellers, to sell their keys at.
Should it ever occur that a key is not working as intended, we take responsibility ourselves that that has occurred and in no way do we blame the seller for any reasons at all. If a key is defective, both us and your seller investigate the case as we should, since it falls on both parties to provide proper resolutions for every affected customer. While you do make the purchase in accomplice to Eneba as a platform, in the end the sale is made by the seller, who provides you with a key, who they themselves are provided with it from their own trusted suppliers.
Having that in mind, if any issues befall your purchased products, our customer support team is always there to help and they are currently, together with your seller, investigating the case to provide you with a resolution and both equally deeply appreciate your patience during this matter and will make sure to get it sorted out!
