I made an order on April 26, my order was marked as delivered on May 5 through fedex however no item was ever delivered to me. When i tracked the item on fedex it says delivered in my city at 4:30pm and when i check the tracking with the route.com link that fragrancebuy sent to me it says delivered in another city at 11:30pm. I have a doorbell camera and i can assure nobody approached my home with a delivery all day that day. I thought this issue would be resolved quickly but no i was very wrong. First of all, they NEVER answer their phones, they instead prompt you to leave a voicemail which they never reply to. Second, i emailed them and several hours later, they replied with a brief and very vague response stating that i would have to file a claim and potentially a police report with route.com, even with me replying to them right away, i never got a reply back. Next, the company they forwarded me to (route.com) was just as unhelpful as they told me to wait a full 5 days since delivery unless i have additional information to share with them. I shared additional info and again no reply! My order was for over $200 and I expect a reship or refund asap. You can research the issue after you have helped your customer first! I will NEVER shop with this company again. I highly recommend fragrancenet.com instead, atleast they help you immediately with the rare issues they may encounter and also answer their phones. I am so disappointed with my first and last experience with fragrancebuy canada! Now i must determine when to file a claim with my bank to handle this faster.
